The buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The staff was always professional and polite. I needed a microwave, the hotel provided it fast. The location proved very convenient.
The pre-arranged airport transfer did not arrive, so i used an uber. It was convenient, it was also cheaper than the hotel option. I think they should provide better support

The breakfast buffet included many selections, spanning both local specialties and familiar international fare. The dining area was clean and well kept, the food stations were replenished frequently. Service was attentive, staff quickly cleared used plates.

clean rooms comfortable beds polite staff
I appreciated the very clean rooms and comfortable beds (I even made a note of the mattress type). The staff was polite and efficient. I stayed for an extended period. Each visit was consistently pleasant. I found the location to be excellent for my needs.
The laundry service pricing was not transparent, and the final bill was surprisingly high. I advise confirming laundry costs upfront to avoid unexpected charges.

The room featured a king-sized bed with premium bedding and soundproofing (a great feature in a busy city). There was also a work desk with an ergonomic chair and easily accessible power outlets. A minibar with a selection of beverages was available.

The breakfast buffet included both European and Indian options. I also noticed a live cooking station preparing omelets. I thought the variety of fresh fruits and pastries was also very extensive (it was hard to choose!).

Fantastic Hotel Experience
huge breakfast spa massage good room
The breakfast buffet was HUGE!!! It offered many options to suit different tastes. I got a massage at the Spa, and it was fabulous. The room was also very good.
The airport transfer I had pre-arranged was not available when I arrived. I used a ride-sharing service instead, and that worked out well.

The hotel features three different restaurants, and the food was very good in all of them. The breakfast buffet has an elaborate selection of foods. There are many Indian and non-Indian dishes available.

nice pasta smooth check-in comfortable stay
the pasta prepared by chef aniket sharma was good. i appreciated how closely the location was to the city center and public transport. the lobby check-in was quite smooth. it was a pleasant and restful stay.
