The buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The staff was always professional and polite. I needed a microwave, the hotel provided it fast. The location proved very convenient.
The pre-arranged airport transfer did not arrive, so i used an uber. It was convenient, it was also cheaper than the hotel option. I think they should provide better support

I appreciated the very clean rooms and comfortable beds (I even made a note of the mattress type). The staff was polite and efficient. I stayed for an extended period. Each visit was consistently pleasant. I found the location to be excellent for my needs.
The laundry service pricing was not transparent, and the final bill was surprisingly high. I advise confirming laundry costs upfront to avoid unexpected charges.

The room featured a king-sized bed with premium bedding and soundproofing (a great feature in a busy city). There was also a work desk with an ergonomic chair and easily accessible power outlets, enhancing productivity. A minibar with a selection of beverages was available.

The breakfast buffet was HUGE!!! It offered many options to suit different tastes. I got a massage at the Spa, and it was fabulous. The room was also very good.
The airport transfer I had pre-arranged was not available when I arrived. I used a ride-sharing service instead, and that worked out well.
